Student Workshop of 2009 IEEE International Conference on e-Business Engineering will be held in University of Macau, Macau, China.
Scope:
Student Workshop of 2009 IEEE International Conference on e-Business Engineering provides a forum that brings together research students who are actively involved in areas of interest to e-Business Engineering, to report on up-to-date research outcomes and to exchange ideas and visions for future research.
The scope of the workshop will cover but not limited to:
- Workflow and business process management for e-business
- Information visualization and data analysis for e-business
- Supply chain formation and automated negotiation for e-business
- E-business functions integration
- Information technology and applications for e-business
- Electronic marketplace engineering
Important Dates:
May 25, 2009: June 16, 2009: Paper Submission ClosedJune 25, 2009: July 16, 2009: Notification of acceptance
July 25, 2009: July 31, 2009: Final manuscripts due
July 25, 2009: August 3, 2009: Author registration
Paper submission:
Students currently taking research degrees are invited to submit papers, written in English, up to 8 pages of IEEE 2-column Proceedings format through the conference website. Although we allow papers to have multiple authors, the majority of the work and writing has to be done by students. Authors of the accepted papers are expected to attend the workshop and present their papers in poster and oral presentation sessions. All accepted papers will be published in the Student Workshop Proceedings with an ISBN number.

Best student paper award:
A best student paper award is going to be given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter is a student.
